About us

Preparing The Next Generation of HVAC Technicians.

At Field Ready Training Academy our foundation is based upon the idea of changing the way we view the labor force. Through years of experience in the trade, we gathered that creating a Fast Track Heating and Air Conditioning training program, we could make a significant difference in the industry. We aim to give others an opportunity to learn not only the trade, but other methods to sustain and be successful in this industry, by providing access to hands on training and the proper certification.
