At Field Ready Training Academy our foundation is based upon the idea of changing the way we as a society view the labor force. Through years of experience we gathered that creating a Heating and Air Conditioning school could make a significant difference. We aim to give others an opportunity to learn not only the trade, but other methods to sustain and be successful in this industry, by providing access to training and the proper certification.
